I got worried up to halftime, no score until 15 mins, they had a very strong lead up to halftime. Kildare looking good too.

Well deserved win for the Dublin minors, they coped very well with the black card and didn't let it affect their gameplan.

Excellent result for the Dublin minors this evening, especially away to Kildare who were hotly fancied by many.

No a lot known about these young minor footballers as they didn't play league this year they played a lot of behind closed doors challenge matches , plan seems to be working so far.

I was there for the first half but had to leave at half time as my lad was playing on the opposite pitch for the minor hurlers in a challenge match , how did the second half go ? I know they won but how did they play was a little perplexed with the two man forward line in the first half

17's Leinster final Meath vs Dublin. Ye have one amazing prospect think his name is Archer. Played against our 17's and 18's, I didn't notice him all that much then looked up and he scored 1-6 in both

Ciaran Archer fine player , does the business again under 17s to play Meath again chance of revenge , minor hurlers this Saturday all Ireland quarter final v Antrim , next Wednesday under 17 hurlers go head to head with Antrim also , a mention to under 16 footballers who are in the Gerry O Reilly Plate final after a fine win at the weekend defeating Wicklow, only a very small margin defeat to Monaghan blotting the copybook in the tournament thus far

Great tally from young Archer U17 v Laois and he made an appearance for the minors last Sunday

Promising! That's all I'll say...

I enjoyed watching the minor final on Sunday - great win, and again very promising.

Don't know in the Hurling there wasn't a back door Dublin beat Kilkenny under 17s in the Leinster final and that was them gone.
There was no back door in Connaught as far as I know either
