Get there early tomorrow to all of ye going and make the atmosphere special for those of us watching at home. One thing I remember from the 2000 replay ( apart from Declan Meehan's wonder goal ) was the subdued build up pre game and the late arrival of a lot of fans meant the ground was not full at throw in. I have deleted the 2000 result from memory. Looking forward to a great game tomorrow. conordee (Galway) - Posts: 440 - 30/09/2016 20:15:18 1920964 Link 0 |
Don't be so sour! All my post meant was that Gaelic football is important to people in Mayo and I don't see that declining hugely if we win the next day.

Been awake 22 hours shift done, two interesting train journeys, bobbing away on the Irish Sea with a couple of pints to calm me nerves, now to chase some tickets! Spoddgy (Mayo) - Posts: 660 - 01/10/2016 03:18:42 1920995 Link 2 |
