Mayo name an unchanged team from the first game. Keith Higgins makes 125th apperance in this day an age that is some achievement.

are any bookies quoting a price for Michael Darragh McCauley actually kicking a ball this time. Can any Dublin fan tell me when was the last time they saw him put boot to ball in a match. I have only seen him handpass in both the semi-final and drawn final

Shur he hasn't kicked a ball yet since he started playing! I doubt too many dubs want to see him kicking it either!
I'd be shocked if he starts

Can anyone tell me why Gavin won't shove Connolly into full forward for a while? Keegan panicked everytime the ball went in there in the semi final.
If he was isolated in there id be surprised if Keegan lasted on the field until half time.
On another note...my tip for man of the match. Bernard Brogan!

Didn't he open the scoring for Mayo the last day?!

Mayo to edge it.

Hopefully I'm wrong but I think they'll get over the line today.

MacAuley will play. He is a true end to end player. He gets credit for at least 3 of Dublins scores the last day. Fed Fenton for the og. Fed Rock for his score from play and won the free before ht which put the Dubs 5 up. So what if he doesn't kick very often? How many midfielders do? He is imo a better kicker of the ball than either Sheami or Parsons.

He's named to start there I think. That may or may not happen of course.
Wouldn't do any harm to try it for 15 minutes..

Ah now come on! I'm a big fan of the way Dublin play football and McCauley can be extremely effective and you're right so what if he doesn't kick it but to say he's a better kicker of a ball than any player togged out off either panel today is ludicrous

It is looking like Dublin for me- unless Mayo can get a few goals. Dublin will score lots of points and if they get an early goal they could run away with it and win by a 6 or 7 points. Mayo need the first score and also the first goal.

The football may not have been top quality the first day but it was tight and tense throughout and produced a great finish. Hopefully we get a good game today, conditions are good so fingers crossed, can't wait for this one.

I hope so too.

I've said Mayo all year and I'll not change now.
