I'd like to whole heartily congratulation Dublin.
Very proud of our team and management and it's been a pleasure watching Marc Aidan Kieran and Colm over the many wonderful years.
Our ray of light is our minors and hopefully we will be back at the top table soon.

I'd take issue with anybody saying Kerry were gifted anything. Cluxton is a liability at this stage and it was clearly part of the gameplan to pressure him. Our poor discipline cost us dearly at the other end. You can't give away that many scorable frees and expect to get away with it. Dublin showed real character to get back into it and you'd expect them to carry that into the final and retain the title. Nobody will argue that they don't deserve it."
Not too sure how you make out that Cluxton is a liability, 18 of his 21 kickouts (90%) found a Dublin target. One crucial one didn't but his backs could have provided him with more cover.

They haven't, and that is one of the reasons why I don't yet call them a great team. However IF they manage to do it in 3 weeks time, and with victories like yesterdays under their belt, then it will be hard not to consider them such.

He's a liability not so much due to his kickouts (which are very good, for the most part) but because he's dropped a series of clangers in the latter stages of the All-Ireland series in the past two seasons. Dublin would have won comfortably yesterday but for a meltdown by Stephen late in the first half.

He is generally very good but there's a mistake in him if you put him under pressure. Kerry recognised this and pushed up on him and it reaped serious dividends. Would the second mistake have happened had he not been totally rattled after the first one? It's not the first time we've seen big errors from him and he's lucky that his teammates dug him out.

If Mayo are to have any chance in the final they need to give him a torrid afternoon.
