Replying To crikey:  "Division 3 the place to be. As a Laois man I hope Mayo will win the All Ireland to get the monkey off their back but Tipp or Donegal would be my second choice. Old Moore's Almanac forecasts Mayo (9/2) to win the football and Galway (13/2) to win the hurling. (Paddy Power)"
What is the story with that prediction?

I was embarrassed watching that.................Galway are at least 10 years behind the top teams. It was men against boys out there. You cant expect to play 5'2'' players in a full back line against 6'8'' men and expect to win anything. This is senior inter-county football for god sake. I thought Galway had put the nice naive innocent football of the 60s behind them but obviously not. It was bad enough being outplayed all over the field but the most worrying thing for me was when Gareth Bradsaw was flattened by cheap shot of a frontal charge and not one Galway player reacted. Only Damian Comer stronger enough to play at this level of Football. anybody who thinks this Galway team can win an all ireland obviously still believes in good auld saint nick.

Interesting stuff. If fhe predictions are right Tipp won't be winning either semi final.

Slight exaggeration there on those heights Rayo. The two Tipp lads were 6'3

I'm going to put a few dollars on a double ...Galway in the hurling and Mayo in the football. Maybe a few dollars on Tipp to beat Tyrone.

No problem Rayo :) It reminded me of the time Colm O'Rourke (I think) said Aidan O'Shea was 6'7. I find it funny how often pundits get these things wrong

My Punditry is a bit better than O Rourkes!............I was all over Tipperary at 3/1 to beat Galway. Ill have a few sneaky bob on your boys to beat Tyrone too.
