Worst Cork team? Sure most of them started the All-Ireland 3 years ago? Would that not say Clare were the worst team to win an All-Ireland by that logic? Pinkie (Wexford) - Posts: 4100 - 10/07/2016 13:03:30 1879979 Link 0 |
Yes Pinkie - 3 years ago is quiet a while and I by worst team, I mean I dont think I have ever seen a Cork team with such a consistently poor performance level over the course of a season. That cannot be disputed. wexford were well deserved of their win - 100% the better team, in fact it should have been more but for a couple of spurned chances but to ignore corks limitations is wrong. Clare could learn a thing or two on accuracy from Wexford if truth be told. LohansRedHelmet (Clare) - Posts: 2492 - 10/07/2016 13:26:32 1879993 Link 1 |
Hurling is in a state and lads are happy to see it. The stuff Saturday night was awful hurling. Pure negative unskilled hurling. Bar Kilkenny Tipp and Galway nobody wants to win any more. They just dont want to lose. And they are 2 different things. mike03 (Limerick) - Posts: 2000 - 11/07/2016 14:58:38 1880992 Link 0 |
mike03, I thought the Cork Wexford game was actually a very decent game of hurling. No nonsense, get the ball in there stuff from Wexford which is how Kilkenny and Tipp play it. Pinkie (Wexford) - Posts: 4100 - 12/07/2016 08:55:37 1881534 Link 0 |

Yeah open draw in that situation cos Kilkenny haven't played Wexford, and Tipp haven't played Clare in this year's championship. If Galway or Waterford win we can't have a provincial rematch at semi final stage. Killarney.87 (Tipperary) - Posts: 2513 - 12/07/2016 20:14:22 1882088 Link 0 |
