In Leinster the horse has bolted regarding Dublin. Referees back in the day would favour Dublin, now they don't have to as they're so far ahead of everybody else.

Longford, kildare, westmeath and dublin still in the football. Wexford, kilkenny and Galway (play in leinster) still in the hurling so not sure things are that bad.

In fairness, a provincial title means less and less each year without an all-ireland to back it up.

the irony of it all, galway are not even in leinster, neither are kerry or Antrim. so the whole provincial system in Hurling is a joke. they should abandon the provincial system and have 4 groups of 3 with the top 2 in each group going in to the quarter finals.
groups seeded based on most recent league positions.
