Can anyone answer this question on the qualifiers - are the beaten provincial finalists designated as A or B teams and if so then how? Or is round 4 an open draw with the only rule being that you cannot meet a team you have already met in the provincials?

"The losers of the Ulster SFC semi-final replays will have six and seven day turnarounds respectively after the GAA confirmed the times and dates for the upcoming qualifiers.
While the winners of the Tyrone/Cavan fixture can look forward to contesting a provincial final, the losers will have just six days recovery before hosting Carlow in Clones the following Saturday at 5pm.
Monaghan and Donegal will do battle again this weekend after their tense encounter ended in a draw, and the losers will have home advantage for the 2B clash seven days later with a 7pm throw-in.
The throw-in time and referee for Kildare versus Offaly in Newbridge and Mayo versus Fermanagh in Castlebar has yet to be confirmed.
The GAA is also yet to confirm a venue and time for the 2B clash of the all-Munster clash between Limerick and Cork, with extra-time if necessary to be played in all the matches."
