Didnt play Louth this year , it was Offaly Obviously the standard in Leinster excluding you know who,has dropped but In your opinion how would Cavan have got on in Leinster this last 5-6 years? Longford defeated Down and Laois defeated Armagh which proves its not all bad in Leinster. Ulster do have 4 strong teams at present Donegal Monaghan Fermanagh Cavan which is good to see.
