What a game, peivelage to be at it. The point which levelled it near the end of extra time was unreal. The footballers today should be shown that game on the team bus, real old school fighting spirit that Meath football used to be known for.

Well done Meath on your victory on what sounded like an enthralling game. In the end it all worked out for you and credit to the guys who gave up their trips to America etc to allow you to field the same team. Unfortunately for ourselves 4 of our starting 15 from the first game were not available for Saturday so we didn't get to see how the two teams from the first day would have fared against each other for this one but thems the breaks I guess. :-)
