Reports from a number of sources on Twitter that the actual score was a draw, if that is the case surely there will have to be a replay??? KYTitletown (Kerry) - Posts: 816 - 04/06/2016 20:18:33 1861568 Link 0 |
Congratulations to Meath. They have been consistent enough getting to semifinals in recent years. It's great to see a new county have their day! legendzxix (Kerry) - Posts: 7876 - 04/06/2016 20:19:35 1861570 Link 1 |
C'MON THE ROYLARS, what a result, what a finish, fairplay to them. Htaem (Meath) - Posts: 8657 - 04/06/2016 20:23:28 1861573 Link 0 |
You won't see many Antrim people looking for a replay. If the game has been signed off on a 1 point win for Meath then the result should stand.

great win by hurlers today, showed plenty of spirit and never say die attitude a credit to the county. Given little hope by most (myself included) but delighted to be proved wrong. Lot of talk at full time that scoreboard was wrong? Anyone else hear anything seadog54 (Meath) - Posts: 2151 - 04/06/2016 20:44:02 1861586 Link 0 |
Not sure what the draw thing is tbh royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 04/06/2016 20:47:08 1861587 Link 0 |
Totally agree. Meath deserve their celebrations and deserve to get on with them while Antrim can rest on another declining season. Well done the Royals.

I think it should have been a draw.Sad really as it will take the gloss away for Meath to be fair.

It's becoming a bit like Bruce Forsythe's Play Your Cards Right. "Higher..... Higher.......Lower......Lower....Good Game.....Good Game......didn't they do well". (Younger posters should Google Bruce Forsythe).
