With regards being the 3rd person to say that, and me not taking it in. I just want to clarify that I hadn't responded to one comment, so I'm not sure how that constitutes me not taking it in. Your comment suggested I continued to argue that point with the last 3 comments."
No worries Gary. I see your point. Hope Derry make a good run in the qualifiers and you never know, we could meet again down the line.

What did we learn from this game? Not much about Derry except they have a few excellent individuals. Tyrone looked comfortable, but they were facing a team who didn't maintain a defensive structure. This allowed Tyrone to overload one side of their attack and create acres of space on the other side. Derry also showed how not to counterattack, and any side who meets Tyrone will need to take the direct route to penetrate before the numbers get back. Donegal for me are still the masters of this type of game and assuming they meet I'd be backing the boys from the hills to come out on top.

The red hands owe Donegal a huge back lash and I think that games not long away.

Judging by Derry's previous qualifier runs, I think we will more likely lose Interest and get knocked out before Rd 4.

I was really disappointed in how we conceded those 3 goal's, and I genuinely feel that without the goal's we could have pushed Tyrone to the wire. We might still have lost, but we could at least walk away knowing we gave it our all. Many Derry fans are unhappy with the level of performance, and took little positives from that game.

Tyrone definitely deserved the win, but we were really frustrated, more so as we feel that this Derry team is capable of much more.

It's the final I want to be honest but will Donegal and indeed Tyrone keep winning to get there
We must respect Armagh Cavan Down Monaghan and Fermanagh. Now we all know Ulster and how at any given time one county can beat the other. Over the last ten years we have lost to both Antrim and Fermanagh.
I would not pay too much attention to last Sunday as Tyrone were let do as they liked. Tougher challenges lie ahead and Donegal are in the same boat.
But it would be a very interesting final with Tyrone trying to beat Donegal for the first time in five meetings.
Then again Donegal would be trying to again beat Tyrone and extend their dominance over them. I hope that is the final and I think Donegal / Tyrone have met twice in Ulster finals--- the unforgettable one in 1972 when we won our first Anglo Celt and Tyrone beating us after a replay in 1989. Really speaking this Ulster championship is very interesting and comparing to the other provinces it is in no way clear cut.
Definitely not a one horse race nor even a two horse race.

Would you blame the players or the management for the defeat? I thought some of the players looked badly conditioned..... Mark Lynch looked overweight-he went off at half time but I see he played for Banagher last night. I find that amazing. However Barton didn't seem to know Tyrone's tactics even though every single person in Ireland knew what we'll they were going to play.
