Dublin v Meath
This is always a huge fixture in the GAA calender no matter what state both sides are in.Meath come into the game very much as underdogs, and will be pleased with aspects of their performance against Louth were they really should have won more comfortably. They do have forwards capable of troubling Dublin and are good at midfield.Dublin certainly have forwards to trouble any team in the country and Meath are weakest in the backline.I expect Dublin to win this game, but I think Meath will surprise many.
Dublin

Kildare v Westmeath
This really could go either way.Westmeath had a confidence boosting win over Offaly, while Kildare struggled to beat Wexford in a poor game.Kildare are missing a few starters for this one,and that may give Westmeath the edge and reach another Leinster final.
Westmeath

Monaghan V Donegal
This has become a very interesting fixture over the last 5 years or so.Monaghan have a good record against Donegal in that time and will fancy their chances again. It is still hard to gauge Donegal, comfortable enough against Fermanagh, although had the Ernesiders been more clinical they could have had a few goals. It is going to be tight, but I have a sneaky feeling for Donegal.
Donegal

Wexford v Fermanagh
Fermanagh had a long summer last year and a decent league campaign. But this is a potential banana skin in Wexford Park.Wexford will feel they should have beaten Kildare and will be missing Ciaran Lyng for this one.Fermanagh should have enough fire power to see them through.
Fermanagh

Offaly v London
Offaly are improving and will be disappointed not to win in Mullinger a few weeks ago. This is a perfect fixture for them to pick themselves up.
Offaly

Antrim v Limerick
Long trip for Limerick up to Casement Park.It is hard to see were Limerick are going in football after been competitive in the 00's.Antrim are home and will feel like they should be in the draw for the next round.
Antrim

Down v Longford
After a horrible league campaign Down got a serious hiding by Monaghan in the Ulster championship.Longford were beaten by Offaly in Leinster. This will be a tough battle for Down and perhaps are lucky this game is not in Pearse Park.I wouldn't be surprised if Longford won this one,but I give the slight edge to Down.

Donegal v Monaghan
Great to see two semi's in Ulster been draws and people will be unsure of the outcome of both this weekend.I almost went for a draw in this one last weekend, but went for Donegal.Again it really could go either way maybe a flip of a coin would be better!? I would suggest Donegal to play Murphy FF,it pains me to see him out the field.I will stick to my guns and go for Donegal,just...
Donegal

Tyrone v Cavan
I didn't think Tyrone played well last week but almost won it in classic Tyrone style.Cavan showed great character scoring the late goal and have a a lot of very good footballers playing to a good system.Do Tyrone lose replays though? I don't think they will lose this one.
Tyrone

Kerry v Tipperary
I think home advantage and the fact that Tipp already beat Cork takes away from any chance of a shock here.Tipp can score and Kerry will know that.Expect a high-scoring game, but Kerry will have too much.
Kerry

Laois v Armagh
Laois will be sick, that they have to play this again, but it is their own fault.Armagh should be delighted to have a chance that they thought they would not have.It is a tough one to call.have Armagh got the hunger? I have a feeling Laois will win here.
Laois

Sligo v Leitrim
I have always liked Sligo, they have always given it their all against the odds and often upsetting those odds.Home advantage should see them through against a limited Leitrim side.
Sligo

For the qualifiers and replays can you pick a draw? Does that only count if it's still a draw after extra time.

Does Down v Longford go down as a draw or a Longford win?

Good question. :)

The result will count after extra time.So in this case whoever predicted Longford would get the points.

Good question.I would have thought it was called a draw and those who predicted a draw got five points.

I would guess its a draw as game is based on 70mins?

no whoever wins after the match be it 70 or 90 mins that is what will count. If it is a draw after extra time, then it will count as a draw.
