Drove past it there on Saturday and had an aul nosey, I saw American football posts up on one of the pitches, what's the story with that? Don't tell me them north siders are starting to turn into their yuppie/hipster south sider neighbours! Htaem (Meath) - Posts: 8657 - 05/04/2016 14:04:20 1842113 Link 0 |
Yeah it's behind the aquatic centre. There's a couple of pitches right beside it that can be used for anything really so might have been them that had the American football posts up. if_in_doubt (Kildare) - Posts: 3685 - 05/04/2016 14:45:10 1842147 Link 0 |

The six new handball alleys in it are absolutely top class. Never seen courts anything like them. Normally the GAA completely forget about handball when building something like this but this time they have really stepped up to the plate. No different to the "Connacht" GAA Centre of excellence in Mayo it will be used by Dublin and its clubs.,..hard to blame the GAA here but it will help Dublin no question. lowballplease (Galway) - Posts: 935 - 05/04/2016 17:07:50 1842233 Link 0 |

Its a joke -counties like wicklow and meath struggle finishing their centres of excellence in ballinakill and dunganny -lo and behold -the richest county gets 1 built for them by the most unequal sports body (not dubs fault its the GAA) curnew (Wicklow) - Posts: 449 - 06/04/2016 13:55:36 1842601 Link 0 |

A disgraceful decision. Can only be of use to Dublin and at a push Kildare and Meath lads. Daith (Kildare) - Posts: 1171 - 12/04/2016 09:38:58 1844503 Link 0 |
