Brolly pretty much ridiculed Cross in his column this week. He said their reaction consisted of 'asking their players if any of them bit the Cargin player. They didn't say anything so that was proof they didn't'. A typical South Armagh response said Brolly, just deny, deny, deny.

So what should they have done, lined the players up against the wall and interrogated them? Cargin REFUSED to name the player and they REFUSED to show the mark to ANYONE. They also claimed they told the referee a claim which he disputes. The video footage also contradicts their claim.

Look the facts arent all there so no point in talking about it, i would rather talk about the best football club team there has ever been, the style of play that they play and the outstanding players they have than a stupid bite that Cargin want to talk about, tho would like to point out that he said he did say to the ref but no word of it in the report strange!!!! beaten well on the day and they look forward to a great game on Sunday with Kilcoo. Im not a Cross man but an Armagh man and would love to see them push on

Ah lighten up Tom. I just don't see the rationale for someone to manufacture a biting claim. Not least an experienced and respected player who has represented club and county with distinction.

And yes, I'm sure I'm not from Antrim, just because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean they're from outside Armagh (I know yous boys are well used to the pedestal treatment in this county ;) )

Indeed NorthArmagh, it's well documented amongst other clubs in your county that Cross have been getting away with a lot of dirt and cynical stuff for years. That is a fact. Tom us attempting typical South Armagh deny, deflect, hector and bully. Intimidation doesn't wash or work with Belfast and Antrim people.
