complete lies Gough doesn't coach in St Judes"
It's a feeder school for Judes he's involved in. Don't think his integrity could be questioned based on that.
Was there any need to resurrect this tread and post that link? Bad winners are worse than bad losers

From my personal exp, i have found the vast majority of Kerry lads to be very decent and gracious in defeat. Its lads from places other than Kerry that seem to be really gripey!
I also notice the Mayo lads arent saying much either the cute hoors :)

People should look at Colm Parkinson's Twitter (@Woolberto) go throught the last few hours on his timeline and make their own minds up regarding the referee

Make our own minds up by reading someone else's tweets?

How would going through someone elses thoughts on the referee influence your thoughts on the referee? You are think he had a good game or you think he didn't. Or am I missing something?

Exactly. It's the dubs who are bringing up stuff about the ref and creating threads about the 2nd goal and yet we are the sore losers lol

Of course you will always get one or two people complaining about something but the majority of Kerry people have accepted the defeat and moved on. Calls from the ref went our way in 2014 semi and last Sunday it didnt..these things happen in sport. All that matters is that it's mayo and Dublin in the final.

As they say in Dingle "Yerra you'd bate Mayo with the cap down over your eyes". But now they have a chance much to our surprise a non Dublin resident is going to Ref it!!!

Not Wooly's opinions but the pictures involved as to determine the suitability of the referee for the game on Sunday, as i said want people to make up their own minds I'm not swaying them either way

So the Sam Maguire was brought to the school he works in, the teachers are asked to get in a picture with it and one of the Dublin team and he should say no because he's a ref?? He did what any sane, normal person would do and took the opportunity when it arrived. To get his picture with an All Ireland winner and Sam. To suggest him having a photo with Denis Bastick would influence how he refereed the game is nothing short of ludicrous.

Wrong St Pius is not a feeder school for St Judes.

Yes Bastick had a huge say in the game, kicking 6 points and being handed frees for nothing by his BFF

Oh no wait he didn't play.

I'm sure Pat Spillane is happy that Dublin people are claiming that he is talking sense. It only took about 60 years. I must bookmark this and show him.

I don't think any ref goes out with a bias against a team but they are human and make mistakes. No doubt it was a foul on Crowley but the ref just got it wrong, these things happen, especially in an upper body contact sport like gaelic football.

As for sore losers, all supporters will look for reasons why they lost a game, Kerry are no different from anybody else in this regard.

Let's be fair here. With the match tied in the closing minutes, if your man was on the attack, and he was busted open with a completely illegal shoulder to the face / torso, and the ref waved play on, you'd have to be some saint to not be annoyed. We're not talking about a technical infringement such as touching the ball on the ground or a jersey tug or over-carrying - the man was taken out of it. It matters not whether he intended a fair shoulder and missed. Still an obvious Kerry free and yellow card for Dublin, all day long. Same thing happened to Peter Harte v Mayo a few years ago. Rubbish call then and a rubbish call still.

I've seen that picture, Relatives from Kerry sent it and posted it on facebook and thought they'd taunt us with it. Ot's just plain nasty and childish.
They must have nothing better to do with their time than concoct bullsh8t conspiracy theories about why their team lost. They lost because they weren't good enough. That simple thought seems to be beyond the comprehension of certain fans from Kerry. It's pathetic.
The people that have tried to smear Gough's character would be better employed in looking at the behaviour of fans in the lower Cusack stand.
I'm not saying that Dublin don't have an unsavoury following but the so-called aristocrats would have you believe that that sort of behaviour is beneath them. They had no problem when the 2014 semi-final replay was held in Limerick and they certainly had no problem with referee Cormac Reilly that day. And why would they? Mayo were robbed. Karma is a bitch.

There was a similar shoulder into the chest of Philly MacMahon that took place in a scoreable position. They cancelled each iother out.
