Anyone know if you can pay on the day for the game?

I know they don't take payment at the turnstiles but you should be able to buy them in your local Super Valu or Centra on the day.

Barca v Real Madrid at 5.15pm.M City v LFC at 5.30pm will have to be recorded and watched after El Classico. This silly rubbish, consign it to Room 101 and put it out of its misery! It's been dying a slow, painful death for,approx,30 years now.

It's going to pull in an attendance higher than most of Ireland Euro qualifier before the Germany win. It is also going to bring in a bigger crowd than the combined Munster and Leinsters heineken / champions cup games last weekend.

For me it beats a weekend of soccer hands down. Each to their own, you and many others dont fancy it, that's fine too. Clearly there is enough who enjoy playing and watching it to justify it's existence. Live and let live eh!

How come there is only 4 dubs in the squad ? Did Mick Galvin say that's all your getting ? Surely there should be more from a team that has only lost about 1 game in past 3 years.

I had intended to go, but I have a cold, and Im not sure what weather will be like? I have a love/hate relationship with this hybrid game. Sometimes the games are great, other times a complete mismatch, then other times you get an outbreak of complete thuggery...........which appears to be what many show up to see!

Im sure the Croke Pk ticket office will be open anyway, cant imagine there'll be more than 40 odd thousand at it, but you never know. I really think the hurling/shinty game should be getting better coverage. I know its only a minority game in Scotland, but its a damn sight closer to hurling. Think it should be played before an inter-county hurling oe camogie game, or maybe a provincial club hurling final, that way the real hurling supporters could see it.

At any rate my adult sons are going to Croke Park. I think its an age thing, after all I was there back in 1984 when the Aussies came for the first Compromise Rules.....Far younger then, & venjoyed the craic. But maybe I'll go on Sat ev.?

One with the left, one with the right. Can A'OS get one with the head to make the perfect hatrick?
