Lads, I've put together my team of All Stars, which includes some players from so called weaker counties - it's a bit ridiculous that players from about 25 counties basically have no chance of getting even nominated. Hope you agree with some of my choices!

How Chris Barret got a nominee ahead of Ollie Lyons is mad. Maybe i'm biased cos im a Kildare man but he kept Ross Munnelly (twice), Niall McNamee, Donnacha Walsh scoreless from play and scored 4 points from corner back. Barrett played two games

He started 3 games played in 5 and was exceptional throughout, easily mayos best defender this year. He probably deserves an all star more than aidan o'shea to be honest about it. He was better than Enright all year, who seems to be getting one because he wasn't really found out at any stage as opposed to doing anything outstanding.
