I know Parkinson from living around Laois just to say hello to and he would know me to see, he likes to bring attention on himself infact there is a group of lads from Portlaoise that do.

However he was a pretty decent footballer in his day and won a fair few medals in his time with club and county.

I think he is excellent on Newstalk he has a great knowledge of all sports to be fair to him.

His gripe with Lillis goes back a few years and I don't think Mick will be loosing any sleep over it.

It was a rash statement to make Wooly will still route for Laois its in his blood.

If he is proving right over the selection of Mick well only time will tell.
