Mayo drew the Dublin sting and then found that what was left was bluff and bluster, pretty much similar to their fan base. Mayo to win pulling up!!

I fear for Dublin I'm afraid

Think Mayo have us tactically figured out

We are now missing DC on top of a number of key players which were needed to beat Mayo in 2013

Dublin blew their big chance - malfunctioning key players making bad decisions cost Dublin

We wee unlucky with a couple of calls in the way we lost our entire midfield options during the most important stage of a big game

Mayo have come out of the first game the better team

We have a number of key players underperforming

Flynn, MD MC, Cluxton... vital players in our previous big wins this decade

Now with DC gone...

That's Brennan, EOG, DC completely gone, and the rest of the above nowhere near 2013 level

You add that up and it spells big trouble for Dublin - as I've been pointing out for a fair while

If Mayo cant beat Dublin on Saturday then they can forget about it...

They'll have missed a massive opportunity - Dublin are now at their weakest level since Jim Gavin took over

They are there for the taking and I see a 3 point win for Mayo

If Dublin cut out the defensive game they tried out last Sunday and stop their full back line for acting the hard man they should prevail with a bit to spare...

To me that reads that Dublin only dominated for two bursts in the game 15 minutes at the start and 10 minutes in the middle of the second half

Yep

With one of our midfielders playing like a 1 legged donkey in michael Macauley

The other midfielder barely out of nappies (Fento)

Denis Bastick going off soon after coming on for a dodgey black card.

Without Ger Brennan, Eoghan O'Gara, And one of our most consistent players for 72 minutes in Rory O'Carroll

Our goalkeeper having his worst game in a Dublin shirt for a long time.

Against the Mayo team with this insatiable hunger to win an all ireland.

And you STILL couldn't beat us.

So..

If you wont accept the gift the first time.

we wont offer it to you the second.

You should've been grateful the first time.

You weren't

We will trounce yiz tomorrow as punishment :D :D :D :D

Well done Liam and well done Dublin. Grabbed the game by the balls at the right time and really punished Mayo. Shea O'Shea going off was big loss for Mayo. Should be a decent final and will be hoping for a Dublin win.

Fairly lucky second goal for the Dubs swung the match. Tough on the Mayos again. 2 semis in a row against a "home" team. Next year, if they learn lessons, will be Mayos.
Regarding the final: It will be difficult for Kerry to stop the Dublin bandwagon.

Love the optimism Liamo!

Can't agree myself. I was nervous last week and what I saw Sunday confirmed it for me.

I thought we played poorly and were blessed to get the seven point lead we eventually squandered. In my opinion we are nowhere near where we were in 2011/2013.

Mayo were poor on Sunday as well but the last 10 mins should have given them massive confidence imo.

I think Dublin will be better on Saturday but I don't think it will be good enough.

I hope I'm wrong though and I'll gladly log in here on Monday morning to tell you how great you are and that you're a genius Liam if you're prediction comes to pass!!! ;)

All hail Liamo the predictions genius!!!!
