The biggest mess the GAA have inflicted on themselves is this weekend, while it's a bank holiday in Ireland it's not in UK, why we have qualifier matches this weekend and quarterfinals is beyond me, they made a mess of the draw and dates, all qualifier games should be finished by end of July and the August bank holiday weekend should be left for the 4 quarter finals, 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday like a few years ago, try and sell package deal tickets for both days and try to attract tourists both at home and overseas to Dublin for the bank holiday weekend to watch the 4 games and spend the weekend in the city, but instead the GAA are trying to fleece the culchies this weekend riverboys (Mayo) - Posts: 1389 - 01/08/2015 13:16:07 1761975 Link 0 |
