Red Herring

Your back. Good to see. Your counties early exit from the championshipHassan not put you off. We were supposed to be meeting yous in Semi, where you were going to teach the Dubs who are over-hyped, and over reliant on Brogan, a lesson. Pity that didn't work out for u.
I believe Cormac Reilly and Joe McQuillian are big fans but neither got the gig. What can you do?

I was only posting about this same thing this morning on the can Monaghan win the allireland thread, I mentioned the amount of steps the Conor McManus takes when attacking but I also mentioned Kevin mac and our own darran O'sullivan is god for a few extra steps.
If they are going to let some people get away with it why don't they just change the rule to 8-9 steps and be done with it.
I don't like refs to be too fusy but what's to stop a ref letting it go for one team and not the other ref are only human and they can be biased like any of us.

He always takes steps to the limits but it's Dublin so they do tend to get these little favours in Croker!

I was reading this post again last night, and when it first went up I thought it was an attack on one player. Kevin Mc is a super player, and although people think it doesn't happen, he has been rightfully pulled up for overcarrying. But more often than not I think his reputation goes before him, he is constantly fouled, and a few times he's been blown for overcarrying he was clearly getting dragged back. So, it's kind of interesting to see him singled out.

A certain Mayo poster gave his two cents on the topic which is fine. So Kevin Mc is gaining an unfair advantage?

How about Aidin O'Shea swan diving!? That gains an unfair advantage too? Where's a thread singling him out?

I think with Kevin Mc, he's been sinned against more than he's sinned. He's a small fella (in a world of big fellas) getting fouled a lot. Other big guys are throwing themselves to the ground looking for frees. He gets singled out for trying to break tackles and fouls.

JayP ha swan diving and not a word from anyone condoning him for doing it in every game now, diving and play acting the two things I hate most in sport and sadly its rampant in the GAA right now.

Can't single him out when Colm Boyle and Andy Moran do it too.
