From the one's I've attended - I'd have to go with the Munster Hurling final - A packed Semple Stadium, the atmosphere was great.

The only one's I've yet to experience are Munster Football and Ulster Football and I'd be intrigued by both.

Riverboys yeah that's why over the last 20 odd years Laois, Meath , Westmeath, Kildare, Offaly have all won Leinster titles despite the dominance of dubs add to that Louth and Wexford arguably were very unlucky not to win one, while the likes of Meath have easily dismissed Connaught and ulster winners in qualifiers.
You cant judge a province on a couple of years simple as that.

Top of the list would be an Ulster football final, followed by a Munster hurling final, then a Munster football final (Cork v Kerry) and last but not least a Connacht football final (Mayo v Galway, Mayo v Rossies or Galway v Rossies).

Times have changed but in the late 1980's our club organised 4 seperate trips to the Munster football final as this was the most competitive final at the time. Kerry had won the All-Ireland in 1986 but when we went in 1987 to the final Cork started a run of four wins in a row which lead to two All-Ireland's. Cork and Killarney were two great places to visit and we were always made most welcome.

I'm obviously biased but there's something special about the Ulster final in Clones.

As for what other final I'd like to go to, I'd love to get to the Munster hurling final some time soon.

The ulster championship is definitely the best football provincial overall but who's in the final really comes down to luck of the draw. A Munster hurling final in Semple Stadium is the one I'd like best (been to a few).
Munster football is guaranteed 2 of the best teams in the country every year but is a bit stale. All the other provincials have really suffered over the last number of years from turning into a procession.
