Can the Nordy's give over there lark that Ulster football is the only competitive championship Donegal beat everyone in sight every year it's as one sided as everywhere else.

Exception football from Donegal so far.Their teamwork, foot passing finishing defending and fielding has been top quality, I'm not sure how good Armagh are but I don't think many teams would cope with the way Donegal are playing so far.

That last free from Murphy was from sixty metres and probably would have made it had it been another 5 or 10 metres back.

Could never understand the Armagh pre match optimism, and the neutrals tipping Armagh too, where did this come from? Game going exactly the way I thought it would, Donegal can afford to take their foot off the gas second half and still coast this one.

Is it too early for me to call for Donegal to be split in two!

Armagh are terrible, absolutely no ideas going forward just put the head down and solo straight into pack of defenders. Seem to have gone way back since last year can't even fist pass the ball how many times did they just fist it straight into path of Donegal player? Have to agree mcgeaney is so over hyped is a joke. Although he got Kildare to semi final he was there for 6 years and had losses to Wicklow and Louth in that period he has never impressed me in management. Can't see second half getting any better.

How did Mark Mchugh walk away last year ? He's the best roll in Gaelic football doesn't mark anyone and isn't marked by anyone mind you he's super at it.

Armagh look like headless chickens. No way back in this one.

One match and a couple of titles has not turned Ulster into Leinster CkD ,
Anyway armagh very poor , tactics are same for second half as first , tried to beat the beast with force oh the fools , learning very little didnt allready know about Donegal , hungry , tough , capable of scores , very disciplined . Havent missed McFadden and thats saying something , masters at their art , only the best will be able to handle Donegal this year .

Pathetic from Armagh, Absolutely pathetic.

Donegal will have learnt nothing from this..

Similar to Dublin against Longford.

Both sides made look fantastic against poor opposition early doors.

Donegal football now miles ahead of Armagh and Tyrone, who would have thought that 10 years ago. Tyrone used bullying tactics and Armagh well I am not sure what Armagh tried but either way the men from the North West have well and truly taken over.

Sam Donegal are actually away ahead of 29 - 30 counties at the minute and the day I see this Donegal side being bullied by anyone is a long way off, well able to take and give as Michael Murphys comments after the Tyrone game showed, no whinging or crying they know what championship football is about. Won't be far away again.

Well that was very disappointing. No plan, no organistation, played as individuals rather then a team. The style of football we played last year was nowhere in evidence. Donegal will be a hard team to stop, they know how to control a game. There method of football isnt easy on the eye, but it is very smart & efficient.

I can't say I was surprised with the way today's game went. Donegal superior all over the pitch and Armagh clueless, with a severe over reliance on Jamie Clarke and Ciaran McKeever. The gap in class was evident to see. Armagh ran into tackles, panicked under pressure, and allowed Donegal to predict the pace of the game from start to finish. Very impressive from Donegal, however. These truly are the glory days of Donegal football. Utterly dominant. Enjoy lads!

You are right Benched, I was merely commenting on how far Donegal have come. Around 2005 Armagh and in particular Tyrone were being talked up as dominating Ulster football for twenty years. This year has shown without Donegal even breaking sweat yet how far that prediction was wrong. I think they will only get better, a lot of players in early to mid 20s.

Tough back Door for Armagh
Geezer will have to steel his team up for battles with sides he deems more physical than Donegal
