Clare have had 5 sendings off in last 3 championship games.Poor discipline is costing them.If they lose this game,that will be 1 championship win in Munster in 7 years.

Limerick very poor tacticalLimerick they have made such poor use of the puck out, considering they have an extra man. Goalie should be taking short ones to the free man instead of lashing it down the field.Now they have to go the long route since numbers are even again. Very very harsh sending off imo. Refereeing is a joke.

A great game now amazing the turn around, that lad Lynch is excellant. Stupid red, player will will have nightmares over that but it has evened game up. Another great goal from Clare will be some finish to this game.

Clare's discipline was truly awful.

Congrats to the treaty men.I see Davy chasing the referee down the tunnel.Is it a wonder hes not well liked?Another red card damaged the banners chances.Im sticking with Clare for the All Ireland,but they need 3/4 of their All Stars back.Overall,excellent second half,exciting to the end.Limerick deserved to win.

limerick just about deserved it over the 70 minutes
had three forwards in second half which stood up.
clare looked the better team when they threw the shackles off but need to be doing that from the start
cunningham and o donnell were their only forwards still in that time
too tactical from davy

Clare players seem to have an instinct to foul every time they are beaten. It cost them last year, in the league and again today. Fits has to sort this out and if they can get their players back I still think they will have a say later this year.

If you dive or play act in gaa nowadays you will get rewarded by the ref sad but true, limerick are average if Clare had some of there missing players and 15 men on the field they'd hammer them.

Tobin did seem to lead with the hurl. So it merits a red and the ref hadn't much choice.
Better second half and great goals from Cunningham.
Unfortunately for Clare indiscipline cost them dearly.

Hate to say it but totally agree - One minute injury time capping off what was a series of poor decisions over the afternoon.

The Limerick sending off brings a totally different dimension to whats allowed off the ball in hurling. With some consistency, the Limerick Tipp game will finish before the starts with only the two goalkeepers standing!

Clare do get punished for the simplest of offenses at times, and while you can contest every decision is correct - the reality is the opposition are generally given a little more freedom. Cant help but think about the Cork game this time last year and our own man McGrath penalized every move they made in the first half

A draw would have been great - we have too little competitive hurling matches to look forward to over the summer.

A dig in the ribs with the butt of a hurl merits a red card. That's what it looked like to me. Overall Limerick were the better team though and deserved the win. As for poor aul Davey ye'd think the whole world was against him today.
