1725128 Aye GreenandRed I was contemplating that myself. Was I better off picking players based on who I thought would reach the provincial finals or not?
Heslin could very well do even more damage against Wexford at home. In fact I know he will because Wexford are brutal. This Pat McHugh character may well have sewn the thing up in a few games!

Not at all. Sure if you have the MOTM as captain in the AI final and he plays the whole game, theres 160 points right away.

_____________

Not to mention all his players have played their first round game and 6 won't be getting him anymore points!

Don't know if any of you have noticed it but a lot of the actual county players arn't putting themselves or teammates on their team, Eamonn Wallace is the only one I've seen who's put himself on the team

137 points and top of my club. Will take it to start off. Major credit to Donie Kingston and John Heslin. Thought I would have got more points with Shane Walsh and Cavanagh's black card and Lacey's yellow brought me down a bit too. Interesting to see will Dean Rock deliver now seeing as I put him as captain.

Poppinpoints

Thats a good score for six players, most of the ones above you have alot more players used. If the Meath job becomes available??

How did everyone do this week? I only got 39 but then again I only had McManus and Beggan involved. Hoping for a big score off Dean Rock at the weekend because he's my captain

Not a great week as senan Kilbride let me down, but I have passed the 200 point figure with still 6 players still to play so at least still in it to some degree...., to have any chance I think you need to be within 100 points when the transfer windows open

Does anyone know who got MOTM in the monaghan v cavan match. It doesn't appear to be either dessie mone or conor mcmanus.

Just checked my points again and some defenders not getting points for clean sheets and some got no points even though they came on as sub. What a shambles.

Think it was Darren Hughes but can't see it on Newstalk or Fantasy Gaelic site.

just double-checked the rules "AGAIN" and it appears that defenders do not get points for "no goals conceded". Now please tell me I am dreaming but I could have sworn that when the game started they had a rule whereby a Defender got 5 points for "No Goal conceded"

Correct. I e mailed them and they replied saying they changed it to bonuses instead but it didn't say that in original rules. Silly error

What are the bonuses for? How do you get them?

Does anyone know what the criteria for a bonus is? And how many players can get a bonus in a game? The whole thing appears pretty arbitrary. They seem to be making it up as they go along. One of the problems with the game is it's not possible to see all the points awarded to players in each game.

And it's pretty silly when the only points a defender can get (besides appearance points) is by scoring a point or a goal.

yea. it's a bit of a shambles. I would be pretty cheesed off if I was anywhere near the top and not getting points for clean sheets while other players were getting "bonuses". If you are going to be giving out prizes you should get your rules sorted out properly.
Surely it would have been easier to determine clean sheets . They also still have not awarded me points for a player that played in a game for 5 minutes.

Jimski, if you click on the player's jersey a table will pop up with the player's history. it shows you what games they plaed and what points they were awarded. not just for the most recent games but all games.

try adding up your points total from all your players. It doesn't add up. I have checked loads of teams . none of them add up. It looks like they have actually given points for clean sheets for defenders. any thoughts.
