There's not too much in Ulster at the moment so I'd put money on a Donegal v Monaghan final with Donegal coming out on top.

They have the ability and players to reach an All Ireland this year but personally I can't see Donegal winning an All Ireland again.

I dont think donegal are being written off, theyre just not favourites. i wouldnt be at all surpried if they won the all ireland.
Mark Mchugh back, a hungry young (yet experienced enough) manager, the pain of last years defeat possibly driving them on?
