I'm surprised there is a good few predicting a Cork win. We see ourselves as being in turmoil down here. Expectations and optimism are as low as I can remember.

Mesamis and realdub,yes lads its very true that Cork has been a regular graveyard for Dublin teams down through the years,but that counts for nothing this Sunday.Different Dublin animal these days.I think its time to put that awful losing streak to bed,and bring the 2 points on offer back to the real capital.Wont be easy but i think the lads will do the job.

Four great games this weekend in Division one including two derby matches up in Ulster. Looking forward to the Kerry/Mayo one. If its anything like the two maches last summer I am in for a treat.

Tyrone V Monaghan Tyrone at home but Monaghan will want to lay down a marker......Monaghan
Cork V Dublin Cork are at home but if Dublin decide to defend properly........Dublin
Kerry V Mayo How much pain can one team handle?........Mayo

Brian- Galway v Meath seems to be the hardest game to pick for people, look about 50/50 on the votes.
Seems to me Galway are tipped more than Meath (2 Meath votes are from myself and from another Meath poster). To be honest even though I tipped Meath would regard it as a 50/50 game and can see why Galway at home slight favourites for most. Before the season starts and we really see what Meath are like I could see Meath being nearly as lightly to be relegated as promoated (think relegation will be Westmeath and 1 other team). Best thing going for Meath this year is for the first time since Boylan era we have a manager in charge for a third season.
