dublins path to quarter final is almost guarenteed
leinster is as weak as i can renember
however with cork n kerry
one can put the other down a diff route eg qualifiers
in ulster well its so hard to call
in connacht mayo look ahead of the rest
but it will be interesting if galway or rossies can close gap

Rhudsin. Yeah Leinster is nearly as predictable as connought these days. What with the annual cake walk for mayo.
At least in Leinster dubs have serious chance of all ire, whereas out west mayo's coronation never yields Sam or is likely too.
If i was you id be more worried about your own province first.

Sound old stock, Armagh are building nicely but need to get back in to div 1 as soon as possible.

Your right their royaldunne.Leinster have 3 strong football counties in Dublin,Meath and Kildare, along with a few other traditional counties who can spring a surprise or two like,Wexford,Laois,Longford,Westmeath and Louth.Always has been a lot more competeive than Connacht.Always will be.

Indeed. Dublin are ahead of any team in Leinster no doubts. But they'd be ahead in every other province too
Kindom. Yeah i think the big thing in Armagh is mcgeeny but i don't think they will challenge for a all ire in next 3 years. Might be wrong, but like Meath if you want to challenge seriously you got to be in div 1

Thank god it's January and the start of a new Gaa inter county season and the start of our mission to get Sam back where it belongs in the best team in Irelands hands. Obviously with Mayo Done-bus-gal Cork and an up and coming Galway team it won't be easy but I've complete fate in our players as we have no doubt the best squad in Ireland , Kerry are never going to get as lucky as last year and have way to many question marks hanging over there team O Se O Mahony 35 next year Cooper 32 next season asking a lot to be still the same player tommy Walsh hasn't done anything in 6 years so also asking a lot from him to make an impact Darren O sullivan always a game away from doing his hammer Donaghy had a great 2 games last year but it was only two years ago that every kerry supporter wanted rid of him maybe he should have retired when a goalie kicks the ball straight into your hands luck like that very rarely happens again. So anyone who likes a gamble stick your money on the boys in blue.

Sounds like a preview for every provincial championship over the last five or six years.

Interesting teams to watch this year.

Dublin. how will they reinvent themselves, and will it be to their disadvantage? will they be a bit mixed up about going forward from now on?
Mayo. Will they keep going despite their 3 years of almost getting there. They played with the rawest desire to win in 2014, and it was remarkable that they came up short again.
Donegal. Can we keep going with this group of players, new management and with the system/? it must be mentally exhausting, epseicially now that other teams are playing using it to beat it.
Kerry. Can they hold on to sam, with their full hand of players back, including Walsh. Best mid field in the country means they can continuously kick the ball long whenever they want to. They can also win by using the system, meaning they have every box ticked. how will they do it in 2015?
Meath and Galway. Can they too get to grips with their potential, and start to put results together in their provinces and beyond.
Cork have to right a serious drought in their teams performances over the last 4 years, they were good enough to go on and win more, but it is difficult to see form on the back of their recent plunge.
Armagh. can they seriously challenge from division 3
Monaghan. They broke a serious duck by winning in croke park this year, but is it a bridge too far to expect anyting more from them this year. an easy draw in ulster means they should be in another final.
Derry. Very dissapointing year for them again. I cant see them pushing as hard in the league this year, but save it instead for ulster.
Finally Tyrone. An enigmatic spell of winning nothing is very uncharacteristic of them. Seeing Canavan take over as u21 manager is ominous. 2015 will be something very strange in the life of this team.

Dublin are certainly favourites at the moment but a bit like calling the next general election, it's only a bit of fun this far out.

All the to teams have question marks against them.

1) Will Dublin continue to "play the game as it should be played" or will common sense prevail & attention be paid to proper defending which has got to blunt the attack somewhat.
2) Kerry face the dreaded challenge of the "back to back All Ireland" which has toppled better teams than this Kerry outfit.
3) Mayo & Donegal both have new management but have not lost any key players.

Of theses four I would give a hesitant vote to Mayo as I feel they were robbed in 2014 & I also think that Horan was the big weak link in their setup. If the new management team get it right they will be hard to stop in 2015.

Yes Muckrosshead, I've already said that I have a fancy for Mayo, won't be far away, will be surprised if they are!

Agree with this in that I believe Mayo will be the team to stop in 2015, Kerry obviously strong but very hard to do back to back...... Dublin will always be there or there abouts, gotta say I'm surprised they have appointed jayo as coach and Jim Gavin has said he feels he will make them a better attacking unit, I would have thought that a coach that specialises in defending might service Dublin better...... Someone like Paul curran or paddy christie......... As for my own county, I just don't know to be honest, one minute I feel we are finished, the next minute I feel Rory will light the bonfire again and we will be very close... Time will tell

It is very easy to tip Kerry or Dublin but hopefully it is time for Mayo to win an All Ireland. Mayo were unlucky against Kerry last year in one of the the games of the year. Mayo have been one of the top four teams in the last four years and should at this stage fear no one as they have won and lost big championship games to Cork, Dublin, Donegal, Tyrone. The favourite at the start of the year did not go on to win in 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014 and previous winners such as Armagh 2002 and Tyrone 2003 went on to win after knocking at the door for a while. Both these counties appointed new managers which may just have freshened things up.

Mayo were robbed last year no doubt about that but it's asking an awlful Lot to keep coming back with the same players who have taken so many tough defeats to win the whole thing out. If everything goes the way I think it will they meet us in the semi's and the good thing about Mayo is they play attacking football which suits us and in a shoot out I think we would beat them.

Beware of what you wish for. Mayo playing attacking football is a formidable beast. Except in the final that is.

Course it riles me when such an average team wins an all ireland the 00's kerry team was the greatest team ive ever seen that team last year was a poor team it sickens me they won at least I'm being honest. But I've said this money times respect is due with such an average team you's still won it but my god how much luck could one team get.

Can't get them on YouTube but I'd love to watch the two Kerry/Mayo games again, still can't believe Mayo didn't get through, no disrespect to Kerry as only they could do what they did last year!
