Anthony "Larry" Finnerty was one of the all time greats. Don't know how he was overlooked for an All Star in 89 and 96.

Harnan & Coyle belonged to an era where getting sent off barred you from being nominated. Neither had great disciplinary records. Anyway, while both were effective, they were never world beaters.
Names I would add to the list would be
Fergus Daly Wicklow
Seamus O'Hanlon Louth

O'Cinneide was a good player on a GREAT team
was never a great player

i am not sure HS have done their research however, am pretty sure at least one of those players DID get an all star

I assumed Jayo had at least one All Star. Galvin was some player too.

Meehan not getting one doesn't surprise me. Not because he wasn't good enough, he was a class act, had some great duels with Keith, but was plagued with injury.

Hugh Kenny of Baltinglass and Wicklow was a superb full back. He would have a few awards if he was from a stronger county.

I think Willie McCreery was also unlucky not to pick up an award in the late nineties.
