Mfkerry states that " Mayo supporters have not much to look forward in 2016 with the same group of players you get the same result". I think that is an arrogant and a condescending statement

He is an arrogant poster and know it all.

Last year Mayo had one excellent forwards Cilian O' Connor. This year Mayo have three excellent forwards Cillian O' Connor, Aidan O'Shea,
and Diarmuid O'Connor. Mayo may next year increase the number of good forwards to a higher number than three and that may be far more significant than having a marquee forward. After all Michael Murphy, Colm Cooper or Conor McManus did not win an All-Ireland for their county this year despite being Marquee forwards.

Cillian O'Connor, Diarmuid O'Connor and Aidan O'Shea are all super players if they are played in the right way.
In the semi finals this year against Dublin Aidan O'Shea was completely isolated up front on his own. He is a big strong lad and a good footballer but he is not going to be able to win the majority of ball and hold it up against 2/3 full backs. Mayo completely bypassed the half forward line for long spells and this is where the 2 O'Connors were playing, that is complete stupidity and madness.
Donegal have won an All Ireland with 2 really good forwards (Murphy & McFadden) because they had the right system.
Mayo need to work on a system to get the best out of these 3 lads plus the supporting cast of McLaughlin, Moran, Keegan and others. If they do that I think they can push on to the next level. Only thing is I don't know who they can get to do that for them?!
