Castlebar beat Corofin last year, Gaa lover, and Vins beat castlebar. Where does that leave your argument?

That game was on TG4, Fitzgerald their best defender who held Quinn scoreless from play Saturday out injured as was K McGrath,, C Silke,A Burke D Burke their best midfielder and Lundy their best forward were just back from injuries and unable to start. Others like Farragher were out injured also but saying all that they should still have been out of sight in that game. In the Connacht final Castlebar continued their lucky run, time was up with the injury time played then Marty Duffy overturned a line ball that came off the boot of Tom Cunniffe from the resulting line ball they won a free to bring the game into extra time. In extra time two Brigids players were sent off.

how is he inconsistent because you simply looked up some stats on what he scored in a few games
he was by far the most consistent performer in 2014
he may not have always kicked the lights out but he made most of mossy quinns goals for vincents
his passing in the leinster run was worth the entrance fee alone for the precision of some of the long balls
also its laughable that you say donegal of all teams made connolly look good by giving him the freedom of croke park.
castlebar won connaught last year deservedly they didnt win it this year because other teams played better
now your classing vincents all ireland win as mediocre because you reckon they didnt play corifin haha
give it up man

A few games and stats? no have been watching studying his career. For a player of his quality he should be scoring more freely at club level passing, creating are all good but that is really sugar coating his inconsistent form in front of the posts. He showed what he can do against Donegal but doesn't show that form often enough. Castlebar gave him the freedom of the park last March no question about it.

Castlebar were lucky to win Connacht and they aren't even the best club side in Mayo Ballintuber are. I never at any stage said Vincents were mediocre any side that comes out of a very competitive Dublin championship are a good team however in the AI series i don't believe Ballinderry or Castlebar were at the level of Corofin side on Saturday.

Gaa lover, if Corofin are good enough to win the All Ireland then they are going to have to beat the best team in it, and that is the Derry team. I've said this going back to before the Ulster final, some of it on this thread. They are excellent value at 7/2.

Don't let me stop you from placing cash on the Derry team but i would expect Corofin to win by 4 to 6 points.

Hopefully the Slaughtneil centre forward will be fit enough to be able to play some part in the all ireland final. Must be devasting at the thought of missing out on his club's big day after being central to their progress.
It was some hit by Donaghy in fairness but hopefully even though he may not start he may be fit enough to come on.

If 11 is out with a shoulder injury then Corofin will walk it , I think they'll win anyway but with 11 out its game over for the Derry boys.

Ballymun also a good team if they had won Leinster they would have beaten Ballinderry and Castlebar.
