Icehonesty could you not just say well done Corofin ffs like were no different up here than people in Wexford or anywhere in Ireland we go out train hard and have a go like there's no need for that at all, there club players that play cause they love the game I don't get why you need to say that? But if it makes you feel better fair enough. Well done again Corofin great win great team and best of luck in the final I hope yous do it I always like galway teams.

Absolutely delighted to see Corofin win. Thoroughly deserved. Brilliant defensive work and that Lundy at full forward was brilliant.

Dublin county and clubs have all the advantages. Population, money, facilities. The fact that they bottle so many big games is the great leveller I suppose.

I hope no Dubs feel the need to rise to this, because it will only ruin this thread and take away from what was a well earned victory for Corofin.
Well done Corofin better team won .

well done to corifin were clear best team on the day
vincents looked like a team who hadnt seen or touched a football in the last 6 or 7 weeks since they won leinster.
from kicking to handpassing to handling to kickouts they looked so out of sync.
once again another noted ref in hughes makes some terrible calls here
surely a black card offence for the tackle for vincents penalty
then in second half a corofin defender dives on the ball going into the net for a goal and nothing given.
then with 1-11 v 1-09 with about 11 or 12 mins to go
trainor is puled around the neck on the 21 yard line in front of the corofin goal
and hughes awards a free out, you couldnt make it up if you tried
fresh off the back of deegans poor performance last weekend
surely these so called accessors need to punish refs for performances like these

Oh shut up and get a life icehonesty. Your bitterness is eating you. Don't worry, Wexford will beat Dublin again some day :-)

Corofin good value for the 5 point win should have won by more. Defended better their forwards had the beating of their men and well on top in midfield. St Vincents very flat today couldn't even lift it when Corofin were kicking it away 1st half.

As a neutral I thought the referee was poor. How did he not award the Vincent's a penalty when the corner back dived on the ball?? Having said that Corofin were the better team but surely our top refs need to be spotting these!!

Dont think would of been a penalty for pick up. Think would be a free though not a 100%?

Have to agree with icehonesty here, size of vincents as a club give me graet pride to see teams like corofin ahowing that talent and hardwork pays off regardless of finances or population

vincents havent got huge population
craobh chirann, parnells, whitehall colmcilles and clontarf all pull from the same area as them
hate seeing this rubbish talk being spouted about dublin without any knowledge on it
finances sure vincents played in st annes park at underage up till few years ago
most clubs in the middle of nowhere have state of the art grounds
i went through charleville a few weeks back and they have a stand and all
like sean o heislins in leitrim a full seater stand and gravel terrace around the rest of the club.
dublin was probably the last county for clubs to have their own pitches

Yes because Vincents players don't work hard, the population of Marino is huge and the streets there are paved with gold.

Well done Corofin, a deserved win, much better team on the day. The Vincents forwards never got going today. Good news for the Dubs getting Ger and Demo back earlier for league games.

i'd be in favor of finishing the club championships just before christmas. it's too long a gap between the provincial final and the semi.

well done to corofin. Good to see a different winner this year.

The Anti Dublin brigade extends to the club football now. Lack of intelligence.
