imagine the reaction of the GAA big wigs if they are indeed saving McQuillan for the final and Dublin don't get past Donegal!

What are ye talking about...Should get your facts right before trying to post sarcastic comments.

McQuillan doing the Dublin V Donegal game and historically the 2 refs who do the semi don't get the final

Final is between Reilly, Kinsella, M Duffy

I think the Dubs would be afraid to meet Kerry in the final, that's why they are hoping for a Mayo win, because they know Mayo will likely flop again in the final,Kerry have the confidence to play anyone and why wouldn't they with their pedigree, still the best natural footballers in the country, though we have some great lads here in Donegal.
You don't see Kerry kick many wides whereas Mayo tpically throw away games with bad wides and poor shot selection.
Everyone says Mayo 'deserve' an AI. as Clint Eastwood said "deserves got nothing to do with it boy" put that under you're cap Horan.
Dublin v Kerry final for me.

How wrong you are. Most Dub fans I know would absolutely relish another crack at Kerry. We have a lot of defeats to avenge.

23/09/2012 DONEGAL 2-11 mayo 0-13 game was over and got boring after 20 mins. worst football we played that year and we still beat ye easy.
the real games that year were against Tyrone,Kerry and Cork,
natural footballing ability,ie. Murphy, Mc Fadden,Lacey, Mc Hugh &co shone that day for 15 mins, that's all it took to see off the weshties.LOL. Up the KINGDOM.

That's a half dozen soft frees for brogan so,uphill battle already against the 1/10 red hot favourites,ah sure there's no point in is going up at all is there,it'll just be shooting practice for the dubs.

I tought Duffy would get that game realdub. Jays there is still a week to go to the Kerry game, the time is dragging, I must check out is there open training Thursday night, they usually do 1 before a big game.

Used to love the open training sessions in the lead up to an AI final when I was a kid, it was something special, miss all that!

It's great for the kids alright, they get to see the boys and meet them afterwards. They are a sound bunch in fairness.
