We play Meath.

Kildare can't play Meath and we can't play Monaghan.

Well done armagh played all the football
Out smarted johnno by playing football something he didnt expect
Our half forward line was baffling
But fair deuce we were beaten fair and square.

Well we keep being told Roscommon have the best forwards in Connacht....bit in yesterday's display. You can do it at minor/u-21 but that does not guarantee success at senior.

Agree Shamen.
There were a few Rossie posters looking forward to knocking out either Donegal or Monaghan in the next round

In truth Mayo beat them without getting out of second gear and Armagh were easy winners today.

Reality check.

I think you might want to look again. Listen it isn't a crime for fans to be getting excited about their team, fair play to the Roscommon fans.

Roscommon have presense to them I haven't really seen since maybe Cork in 2006/7, big men with speed and talent. They are a little bit green, but they are not far away.

I thought Roscommon would get through yesterday, but they simply got their tactics wrong and Armagh had the better game plan for the conditions. No true reflection on the Rossie players or their standing as a side with a future. Well done Armagh, though your cover is well blown now and all future opponents will be doing their homework and taking your threat seriously. You've earned that respect.

Rossies have a future. I guess it will take time. one outcome from yesterday is i am delighted for paul grimley. he has taken a lot of flak and was very magnaminous last season when we knocked armagh out of the championship. he obviously understood the flak our manager was undergoing at the time. armagh will take huge confidence from yesterday and will rattle whoever they meet in round 4b.

By whom 51longago in the many ros accounts he has opened up here? or maybe Kevin McStay trying to hype us up before we played you?? TBH whatever about the other comments in here i would have expected a better comment from you.

Armagh better than us on the day no shame in that but a very disappointing display from on the day the players and management know it wasn't a true reflection of where we are at and now the next target will be to keep you div 2 standing.

Best of luck Armagh in the All Ireland series McGeeney really has you motoring and you should fancy your chances to take Meath out next.
