All tickets sold out early this morning. Long queues outside Centra and SuperValu all over Cork. Many (including myself) disappointed.

I got onto pay page twice only to be kicked out both times. Went to a supervalu and their systems crashed

I heard long quees and only a handful of tickets to be sold at Centra and Supervalu.
What a joke queueing for 3 to 4 hours and not knowing maybe the shop had only 2-3 tickets. Not that I did it.

But it just shows how glad I am to have the season ticket - not that there would be too much trouble going to see Kerry in Munster football!
I know its expensive for someone with a family but it takes the hassle out of looking for a ticket

The tickets which were on sale were all terrace tickets. It had nothing to do with increased safety measures. I presume those tickets were all tickets returned from other counties. This happens every year.

Are more tickets available, or is it just the website down?

Website down. Was affecting the supervalu sales too as one near me couldnt get on to system. That was worst I have ever encountered trying to get tickets for anything in my life. Keep trying as still there

Absolute joke. Not have some people been let down once ( by their local clubs not getting enough tickets ) but probably twice now standing in a long queue and not getting a ticket.

Just shows how bad ticketing really is within the GAA.

Why couldn't those tickets go to clubs who had demand ???

Im sure there are big Clubs in Limerick like Ahane , Murroe , Adare , Na.P still looking for tickets.

Sarsfields in Cork (probably the biggest hurling club at the moment) got something like 25 tickets apparently, an absolute mess.

One if the bigger clubs in limerick got 80 but had orders for close on 450 ... Could be busy day in the pubs Sunday as so many have given up on trying to get a ticket especially in the city where lots wouldn't be involved in clubs but go to limericks bigger hurling games

Ellis and Cadogan have both been deemed fit enough to be starting which is a massive plus. No changes anywhere in the team from the Clare game.

not true
like i said earlier in the week once health and safety were happy with the measures carried out
the attendace would increase to over 36 thousand and because of the frontline security being added thats why it happened

The ticket situation is a farce there are plenty of tickets available apparently now and the reason i think for this is that so many people that would normally go to these matches are not going because of the apparent problems earlier in the week in getting tickets. It will still sell out but an awful lot of people were put under undue pressure earlier in the week[inc me]
