It's KK all Ireland to loose they have so much class.

Is it true that Muns teams were automatically given home ties ? - I can't believe that's true, although
I don't know.
I think they should draw, one Muns (home), two Lein (away, and then 'next pairing' home), two Muns, two Lein
and one Muns (away).

Lohansredhelmet Wexford could and should have buried Clare. They had at least 6 goal chances and missed an awful lot of wides too.

Sometimes dominance is not always reflected on the scoreboard and Clare took their chances better. I am not disrespecting Clare they showed their class but Wexford really should have done better with the extra men.

DF after yesterdays and the weekend games this is how I would rate those teams who are left in the Championship. If Limerick beat Cork though I would move them up above both Cork & Clare. Its hard to judge Limerick just going on one match. Every other team has played more than one game and that is how I base my rankings.

1.Kilkenny
2.Cork
3.Clare
4.Limerick
5.Tipperary
6.Dublin
7.Wexford
8.Waterford
9.Offaly

Still cant believe we didnt win that game, but what a belter of a game it was! A superb contest played in an immensely sporting manner with not a dirty stroke in the game. Good hard hitting, great scores, dodgy refereeing decisions against both sides, overall an absolutely pulsating encounter.
Lets hope for more of the same on Saturday! I think we can do it in our own turf.
Bad form regarding the U-21 mind, expecting young players to play 3 games in 7 days flies in the face of everything the GAA tells us about player burnout....especially when there is no rush on playing it in the first place.

I'd say a double header in Portlaoise for Tipp v Offaly and Laois v Tipp in the football.

If Waterford v Clare I'd say Thurles / Gaelic Grounds

If Waterford v Wexford - Nowlan Park

Wild pundit I think I agree after yesterday there needs to be a re think.

Id now go Kilkenny, Cork (by skin of their teeth given dual player issue and Clares form against Wexford), Limerick, Tipperary. After weekend there isnt much between the rest in my view. Thnk Dublins tactics were awful yesterday and they are prob 5th if they get their act together.

I have backed against Clare Tipp and Kilkenny and I am now worried about KK. I cant see tipp beating KK Cork or Limerick and I think Clare will be happy if they beat Wexford and Wford but kk could spoil my party.

Df never write off KK but I'm still waiting for this weekend as if Limerick beat Cork they then become real contenders to lift Liam. If Cork wins well then ye will have to play KK in semi and 1/4 would be V Clare/Wexford/Waterford

Tipp really need to improve if we are to beat KK , Cork , Limerick or Clare. We got out of jail against Galway in my view. They really faded and we were fresh and that's what won it in the end.

You can nearly see a picture of the quater finals already shud Tipp win v Offaly. And if it works out the way I hope Tipp will play Dublin and if it goes the way I dont want it to go Tipp will play Cork.

Provided of course we beat the Faithful and im not writing them off. They will be up for this match and can prove just as sticky. They have a point to prove after the KK game that they deserve to be up there with the top teams.

I base my assumptions on the following:

Tipp beat Offaly
Clare beat Wexford & Waterford!!

MSHC Final Cork beat Limerick:

QFs:

Tipp v Dublin
Clare v Limerick

However if Limerick win MSHC Final then:

Tipp v Cork
Clare v Dublin

Either way I think there will be two great AI Quater Finals in store should results go as above!!

Ah realtmo all we have had on here since start of the year is it is a 2 horse race Clare and Kilkenny with Tipp being the third favourite.

I never thought Clare and Tipp would challenge and I thought that kk would have too many players to retitre and they wouldnt be able to replace them. I am nervous about that prediction but there is a long way to go yet. Murphy and Tyrrell are class but was JJ a bit jittery yesterday for first time ever???It is an average half back line on paper. They did well yesterday but there is a long way to go and Hogan is the only one with pedigree but Im not sure he is the player he was. R Hogan is starring at the moment and TJ reid has really stepped up after 6 years or more of being a bit player who would have guessed that? They tried to find a replacement for Eoin Larkin but failed and power wants all he has to keep taggy on the line who himself has been a bit player for last 4 years or so.

To date they are well short of the team that beat Galway in a replay so I live in hope.

Realtmo would u prefer I sided with nearly everyone else and said it was between Clare and Kilkenny with only tipp having a prayer?

I would predict the same way thing but if wexford managed to take clare down in wexford then I would also fancy them to build up a head of steam and beat waterford as well.
I think cork will win munster so the 1/4s would be clare v limerick and tipp v dublin. I think tipp and limerick would come through those. Limerick would then have to get KK as they would have already played cork. That would mean KK play limerick and cork play tipp.

If it happened to work out that way I would especially look forward to the clare v limerick 1/4 final. Scores to be settled there.

Not much talk here from Clare and Wexford. I'd say both sets of supporters are nervous and just letting the teams do the talking on the pitch this weekend. Hoping for another great game and a Wexford victory for a change. Come on Wexford!!

Clare All Ireland Champs 2013, Wexford 2014, Clare 2015 isn't that's the way its meant to work. Hopefully we can skip the big gaps in between.

nick ye hit the nail on the head ... It's like a nervous excitement around the county..

For me now it's all about wexford hurling two good games in a row it's been a long time since we did that. But you know what we are slowly climbing we are going the right away about it. Building a solid foundation all we need is that win against a big team to push on

This is a childish exercise but how could you have it like that ?? Waterford aren't better than Wexford or Dublin. Kilkenny and cork are top 2 by some distance at the moment. Limerick may change that but it's very difficult to gauge now. Based on.this year's form Clare aren't top 4 even

Its a bit strange alright tiobraid. Cork have won nothing yet so dont see how they are top.

Kilkenny won the league and Leinster final so at least deserve to be top at the moment. Thats just my opinion and you are entitled to yours.
