The "tea" and "coffee" in Parnell Park - am not actually sure what they make it out of but it tastes like the putrified strain from the devils jockstrap.

Parking at GAA grounds (or lack thereof)

Intercounty championship destorying club championship fixtures.

The fact there is only one shop and one hot food thingy under the Hill.

But worst of all, by a along way, the 'Bodhran Brigade' on the Hill. They way they walk out onto the hill with this self important 'its ok people, we're here, the game can start now' look on their faces...like people have been standing around waiting for them to come and make their day extra special with their wonderful bodhrans. Christ I hate them (I know they are on here too, but still). Although it did give me a good laugh when one of the bodhrans burst at one of the leagues games this year. I went to sleep happy that night.

1594484 Allclit or sorry athcliath , you can't put me Or my uncles in room 101 cause I all ready put you and your pro sky Crowed in kid ;-)

Funny thing is im not pro SKY, im interested to see if its any use and im prepared to wait and see before I go shouting that it has ruined everything my forefathers have worked for.
Id say when the smoking ban came in you had an uncle on 80 fags a day and were saying it was a disgrace he had to go out in the cold for a smoke:)

1. Refs with 2 rulebooks in the same game, one lenient version for their pet team and one literal version for the team they have a spite at that particular day.

2. Forwards being impeded and dragged (subtly) all game and then being carded when they fling an exasperated arm back at the defender who's been getting away with murder for the entire match.

3. Players not getting carded for "shouldering" an opponent in the gut or into the opponent's back.

4. Players getting carded for a fair shoulder.

5. Forwards who pass the ball back every time they meet a packed defence instead of running at / through the defence.

6. Forwards who don't defend.

7. Boring frees out of the hand to "speed the game up" - the tension of a free from the ground is far better.

8. Daft refusal to use TV cameras in Croke Park (for a max of say 3 calls per game per team) to decide incidents where the ref was un-sighted. Everyone watching on TV can see exactly what happened within seconds, but the ref still has to guess.

9. Junk food for sale in Croke Park - chips and beer are not the food of future champions. And, on a related point:

10. Spectators with the "busted sofa" look - i.e., blokes with beer guts wearing team jerseys. Bad enough being that much out of shape without flaunting it.

11. People in corporate boxes reading the FT.

12. Ugly sponsorship logos (step forward Hunky Dorys)

No the smoking never bothered us in fairness , and you were saying that we are looking for something for nothing and we aren't, we have done a lot for the GAA and we never complained or looked for anything we did it coz we love our parish and county and football , but where is this gona stop? Eventually sky will snap up every thing GAA coz it's the way they operate. So let's try and nip it in the bud now while we got a chance.

lol - I am all for a good ice cream but when traders only market and sell their own minging brand at extortionate prices it can have a detrimental effect on the whole ice cream industry.

Only having the craic, look nobody knows how this Sky Deal will work ,Its a 3 year deal, it could fall flat on its face or be a huge success. The GAA are holding all the cards here not Sky. Personally I don't have a box and don't think ill bother ,though the way UPC are upping their prices I might. If this makes RTE up their game and start adding to their Gaa programmes because of viewing figures then good they had it too easy for too long .

AthCliath, I spoke to UPC about their rising prices and threatened to leave for SKY so they knocked a few bob off, always worth a go :)

Crap programmes that are only any use for identifying players, that racket in Croke Park which drowns out all conversation, players who resort to cannibalism as a form of defence.
