finals fixed for Tullamore. Id love to know the reasoning why its not in Portlaoise now?

I presume the game is on in Tullamore because the Cavan management rumbled the conspiracy within the GAA to facilitate Dublin ate every level.

Cavan 97

The game is in Tullamore because it is logistically convenient for both Counties. It is a sensible decision by the GAA with both Counties being well facilitated, taught off, and looked after.Hats off to all concerned.

Going to be a repeat of the 2012 U-21 final also with Dublin stronger bench the difference. Dublin by 4 to 6 points i reckon.

Big day tomorrow, weather will be ok so am hoping for a good open game of football, a little bit of luck could be the difference at the final whistle so I hope the Rossies get that break, I think we can prevail and if we do it is no more than this team and management deserve. COME ON THE ROSSIES

If the Dubs don't find a performance then I can see Roscommon winning

Dub U-21s have been below par since 2013

The Longford performance was dire in 2013

Against Meath in 2014 once again below par and were very fortunate to go in with a decent lead at HT

Against Cavan once again another below par performance, awful passing, leaderless and awful shot selection

A game that exposed Dublin as individuals rather than a team

I think we have too many seniors on the U21 panel

IMO they have more lofty ambitions and performances to date under Dessie have been flat

Roscommon look like a fine side and against Cork I saw the best passages of play thus far in the U21 Champ coming from Roscommon

A fine side, no doubt... Classy and talented players

I can't see a huge amount of Dubs travelling, it's going to feel like an away game just like in 2012

Dublin prevailed but IMO that was a better Dubs team under a better management

Roscommon have improved since 2012, Dublin have not.

I see a Roscommon win...

1-16 to 1-13

Good luck to Roscommon today.
Would be nice to see all their hard work being rewarded.
It would also strengthen the Connacht Senior C/ship too and maybe enable them challenge Mayo's dominance over the last few years.

Should be tight, but the Rossies look to be showing the better form, so a hesitant vote goes to them, hopefully not, c'mon Dublin!

Not a black card, it was high but the FB was far taller than the attacker and the Roscommon man went down awful easily. Poor penalty.

You see, this is what happens when you take the Dubs on in a shootout. Just goes to show how tactically astute the Cavan management were.

Hard to believe that's the same Roscommon team that outplayed Cork in the semi-final.

Roscommon being cleaned out at midfield which in turn is giving Dublin a great platform to attack. Conor mc Hugh is playing a blinder. Roscommon full back line is being exposed by lack of work out the pitch. If Dublin get a goal this could be very embarrassing.

Can't say I'm surprised by this result, although I thought dublin would win by about 4 points. Thought the bookies odds of evens were crazy, if the Dublin attack clicked it was always going to be 1way traffic.
