There is as much chance of Meath winning all ire as Tyrone that's why I think they are crazy short odds.

I know you are going to be biased but lets be honest Meath are around the same level as Wexford,Monaghan,Cavan etc.. all sides that will be lucky to see Croke park quarter final. Tyrone are div one team if avoid one of the top three Cork,Kerry,Dublin they will reach the semi final at least!

Cavan and Monaghan are a level above Wexford! One is Ulster senior and minor champions, the other is AI quarter finalists and Ulster u21 champions. And the difference between Meath and Tyrone this year was damn all! The gap between the chasing pack and the contenders is narrowing, bar Dublin who are a class above the rest and will remain at the top for the foreseeable future.

Cavan should have no problem getting promotion ahead of Wexford next year then? Monaghan like Meath were div 3 this spring for a reason and underage success may improve Cavan but it remains to be seen!

Roscommon,Monaghan also got close v Tyrone in a one off game this summer however the fact is if Tyrone played those sides and Meath 10 times they would likely beat them nine times.

Cavan got to a quarter final because of a handy draw. Their below Galway and Meath in the pecking order.

We are all rightly shanghied now! Kerry will have Tommy Walsh back next year lads!......."We're Doomed"!!!!!
They also have lots of 'natural footballers' instead of the rest of us just having fitness freaks and athletes and we all know that only 'natural footballers' win All Irelands!!

Nobody can stop Kerry winning SAM for definite now in 2014!!!

Once again the all knowing Snuf is wrong. He says if he doesn't get a new contract when his current one is up at the end of next year he will be back. Do you ever get tired of making a fool of yourself?

Snuf and Moomoo give it a break will you. Two small children the two of you. The GAA lost a great young talent in the past few hours in N.Donoghue so please show a little respect if nothing else please.

One can only hope and pray that we will once more be delivered of the Dark side.
Seriously though,it could happen, but on the plus side, they had very few top class younger players pushing the older boys last year. They were bottom of the league after 4 games until, Tomas OSe etc were wheeled back in, just in the nick of time to avoid relegation. It has to be remembered that if Dublin hadn't swung over that last second audacious long ranger, our lovely friends in the south west were outta here.

kerry played guys that were really only fit to play for the Kerry Juniors. Those lads were way off what is required.
anyway enough about that 2014 will take care of itself....lets just chill and look upon the memories of 2013!

Kerry are the only team with 'natural footballers' though cos no other county has a single one only manufactured athletes and strong arms, so it stands to reason that Kerry will win Championship 2014!.....Its pretty simple really!

no disrespect to Kerry, cant see them winning Sam next year,as always Kerry will be there or there abouts, also Cork,Dublin,Mayo???????????,sorry but it just wont happen for Mayo either, Galway. Meath, maybe Laois,Kildare, to give it a lash also, but hi Ulster teams will go direct route, and qualifers route, i believe even at this early stage,Sam will come home to Ulster, will it be Tyrone, Down, or what about Donegal, every1 has written us off, would love Mayo to win Sam, God knows they would deserve it, the heartbreak they have sufferd,

While Snufalufagus started this thread with his tongue firmly in his cheek he could end up with egg on his face if Kerry go on to win Sam.
