Haha, brilliant! Loved that guy. Scottish actor, can't remember his name but his accent crept through. "They miss their mother. When your dragons were born, our magic was born again. It is strongest in their presence. And they are strongest in yours." Really irks the wife when I quote him with (my attempt at) a Scottish accent!

game of thrones is poor. Think I'm the only one who isn't into this rubbish.

Sometimes brilliant, quite true. Big fan. Journal for Plague Lovers is probably in my top 3 albums of theirs. What film is that song about though?

The place and the year when Tipperary hurling finally came out of the doldrums.

I had to explain it once to a younger Tipp fan on this forum, one of my HS low points.

'Reflections in a golden eye' I believe is the name of the film in question.

Journal for Plague Lovers is indeed a great great album. I'm afraid cannot say the same for anything they've done since, but I probably still listen to Journal.. about once a week, its right up there with the H.B. for me.

With all the game of thrones talk I thought I may as well chip in here.

The username is based on the tv show
Then combined obviously with Tyrone . There's actually a comedy sketch you can find on YouTube that rte did years back and that's where I got the username

'Bloodyban' refers to Banastre Tarleton. One of histories greatest ever cavalry soldiers. Fought in the American war of Independence as a commander of a crack loyalist mounted unit..Noted for being fearless and ruthless...had a load of horses shot out from under him but retired back to England after the war and became an MP. The guy was the anti hero- Hero.

The Holy Bible was indeed their magnum opus. You're right, nothing since Journal has been as good as Journal, although I enjoyed maybe the first half of Futurology.
