Congrats Istabraq - a worthy name to win the Cheltenham tipster competition - and to nap Weapons Amnesty on a low scoring day was a master stroke of almost Rubyesque proportions!! I had a very poor day on here and in the bookies but the previous three days were excellent - especially yesterday when I had my biggest ever win at the bookies - 600+ for a 16 stake!!! So no complaints here!

Finally - Loyal - a true legend of HS - thanks for providing a super competition run with military efficiency and minimum fuss and I'm delighted you landed Kauto today! And well done Lynn for stumping up a ton for the winner!! Here's to next year - I think this competition will become a firm favourite on HS! Now - back to GAA matters!!!!

Thank you everyone. When I started this thread, I did not think it would go on for 18 pages. But it did and it appears everyone enjoyed it a lot so thats something. Thanks Hoganstand as well for the fantastic prize. I hope istabraq spends it wisely. Overall, a Cheltenham that will live long in the memory of many.

Can I add my thanks to Loyal. Surely one of the best Cheltenham festivals in recent times, and the competition added that extra bit of interest! Thanks again!

Loyal can i add my thanks to the effort you have put in all week - you hoped for 15 participants you got almost 4 times that. But you still delivered the goods on a daily basis and the craic was good - it sure made days at work pass a lot quicker than they normally do.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and i am not into horses in an way - as my paltry 16 points shows. Cheers and here is to the next time

Loyal-- Brilliant bit of work there.
I didn't post on it myself as I had a fairly busy week (thank God) but I was keeping an eye on things.
Had a great day on Wed. and finished about E170 up for the festival. Not huge money but anything you take
of a bookie is sweet.
Once again - job well done.

Great job you did there loyal. Like RAM85 I didn't take part in this thread but I did visit the bookies. Had a great day on Wednesday, but Thursday and Friday were ones to forget.
But anyways thanks again. Was great. And congrats to istabraq too.
Will there be something similar for the National/ Punchestown??

Loyal I was away in "you-know-where" all week and saw your competition when I got back. Great stuff and well done - I am sure it must have taken a lot of your time. Needless to say we had a ball away and filled our pockets.
