Replying To Maroon Heaven:  "3 big games ahead. We have not even left 3rd gear for many of these games we've played in already. We're either going to have a massive score coming or a complete blow-out or both.

On a positive - we've blooded some good new faces."
Who are the new players? Danny mc carton is the only one I see can see and he doing very well, taking his opportunity with luke and heslin out.

good win . we are still not playing to full potential which is pleasing . some great displays yesterday. charlie drumm is settling into the team very well . great to have kevin maguire back . ronan wallace was also in good form . ray connellan continues to impress but special mention to andy mcormack who got through a lot of work . o toole and martin are vital to the team . all in all good show and we move on

I agree that we haven't got out of 3rd gear. Plenty of people seeing league action for the first time. Great to see how much Andy McCormack has stopped who without Duncan. I feel there is a big performance going to come from us soon. We need to stick with Baker also. He is getting substituted a lot so hopefully he keeps his head up! I expect Luke could be back for the Down game which would be a big boost. Antrim away next so that's the immediate priority.

We aren't playing our best and still grinding out wins which is a good sign. A full back line including both Maguire and Drumm now looks very promising . Dessie seems to be making a conscious effort to give different lads game time in different games … would like to see some new forwards get some proper game before the end of the league such as leach and Whittaker .

In terms of 2nd place being enough to get into the Sam Maguire . What teams would we need to be in the relegation places in division 2? I assume Fermanagh would be one of them as they are unlikely to get to the Ulster final.

2nd place will not be good enough to get us into Sam. Its only good enough if Clare win the division which wont happen in my opinion. Clare are on the easy side of the Munster draw and will get to a Munster Final which will qualify them for Sam.

Its unlikly that Westmeath will play Sam. The only hope we have is to beat Wicklow, Kildare and then Louth and reach a Leinster final.

Yea, and now Louth are the 2nd best team in Leinster and we struggle against them.

Another huge impact from Kieran Martin on sunday. When he goes to the sideline to warm up and then takes off the tracksuit top it gives the whole place a lift.Comes on and gets stuck in and also scores 3 great points-which were badly needed. But heres the thing-should Dessie start him or keep him as a great impact sub who comes on and makes thing happen. Is it unfair on Kieran not to start him against Antrim or keep him for the last 20 mins where he might come up against tired legs and he can create havoc.-Kieran has a great attitude and will play whatever role asked of him but should he start??

There's not 75 mins in Kieran Martin's legs at this stage, you said it yourself, impact sub role for last 20-25 mins is where he's likely to have an influence.

Good man mick. Just wondering is the championship team you picked based of league games this year or when.

I don't think it's to far away either, but would have 3 different players in the team on current form
I think that's ok to have an opinion and wondered was team picked from games seen this year or on players ability or the form last year.
I am not into knocking players on social media as I know the time and effort they put into it. From what I have seen this year, (all competitive games) I think the team can be stronger and I'd have a few positional switches

What has the club to do with anything. I am not sure of the relevance. In relation to your team that you named, I presume u posted for a view, I asked what games you had picked it off. I would have 11/12 of your team. I would also have a few positional switches. But anyway, no team named yet for tomorrow, presume it will be the same named team as usual and then a few changes on actual starting team.
