'Equalisation In The GAA'

The GPA is looking for a similar level of opportunity (aka equalisation) within the GAA based on the AFL model. Although comparisons cannot entirely match given the 'professional v amateur' status difference, I would like your views on how every GAA inter-county player can get a 'fair chance'.

It's said that all things are equal within the gaa structure, it's just that some things are more equal than others.
