Rip roaring? Did Limerick not win by even more than ourselves?

Unfortunately Kildare, Westmeath, Longford have been beating you regularly

It's been a while since you lot deserved to stand on the same pitch as Dublin."
Westmeath once in 135 years. Longford once in 35 years and Kildare once in 8 years.
If that's regular you need some all bran

Dublin will get a different test from meath.
Looks like the match at Newbridge against a tired Mayo team was the pinnacle for this Kildare group.

I wonder will Meath be able to test Dublin.A competitive Leinster Football Final is needed.

Think it's too soon for that. Our aim this year after getting promoted has to be to get to the super 8s. Hopefully we can put up a respectable performance against Dublin but in a lot of ways the final scoreline will probably depend on how seriously Dublin take the game. They've got bigger fish to fry than us and hopefully won't be going fult pelt just yet.

Just as well this game was not on TV....factbis while Dublin play excellent football, everyone bar Dublin fans have zero interest in watching one sided hammerings every time Dublin play.

Credit to Jim Gavin...I don't know how he keeps a straight face saying they got a tough test there today ;)

It's a Leinster thing. Meath beat Carlow by 16 points. Meath beat Laois by 11 points. Funny how nobody is mentioning this when "hammerings" and "strolls through Leinster" are being talked about. I expected a lot more from Kildare. Dublin were average enough in the first half but the Kildare transition was so slow they were never even going to reel in a 3 point deficit never mind 8 or 9 as Dublin started to pull away. Great performance from Mannion today. One of the best in the business when he has his eye in. I expect a much tougher game against the Royal.

Hopefully. We had our oopsie v Offaly in a game we tbh took for granted , we misfired at times v Carlow , today again I felt we made too many unforced errors, again I suppose it's good to come out of a game winning by 12 points and still need something's to be worked on. I'm looking forward to it and while I think a victory maybe a year or two away there is no doubt we are a much improved team than last time we in Leinster Final, or last time we played Dublin. I'm looking forward to it , and hopefully we iron out those errors. Basically we have 2 chances for one goal, it's the only one remaining , everything else has been achieved that was set out at beginning of year. So here's hoping
Hon the royal

Exactly. This is not looking good in the national endeavour to stop the 5 in a row. Kildare are a decent team but they're miles off. Tyrone are going backwards; new management needed. Donegal? Don't think so. They didn't have much to deal with yesterday. Kerry? Mayo? More in hope than expectation. I wonder who'll be runners-up this year? That's about the only question.

Some of Royaldunnes positivity has infected me. I'm going to make a very bold prediction for the Leinster final and say Dublin to win by less then 10 points.

What that's not good , let's rotate Meath around the provinces .

Very fortunate to avoid Longford this year alright.
