Does anyone know anything about the qualifiers? Some say it's an open draw?
Others say that there are groups?
Wonder if it's groups then which group are we in?

Border Gael 2017 was the last time that the qualifiers was split in to A and B. This year In rounds one to three, teams from divisions three and four of the National Football League have home advantage if drawn against teams from divisions one and two. The round one draw is unrestricted − if two teams have played each other in a provincial match they can be drawn to meet again.
