Why is it that all the new jerseys are of the same design, just different colors? The recently released Cork, Limerick and possibly Galway are the same design as Tyrone and Monaghan from last year? Going to be very plain watching teams playing each other in pretty much a single colour shirt with contrasting collars and sleeve hems.

Has that not always been the case? That is the downside of having one manufacturer providing 90 per cent of the kit across the sport.

Notice also that the price of county jerseys keeps climbing.
