hahaha - in fairness that was a good comeback!!

I expect a lot of Cavan men will be secretly behind the Farney Army this weekend, no?

Yeh you're thinking too much is all.

How's she cutting lads ? Mighty game coming up not since Armagh n Tyrone back a decade ago that an Ulster derby means so much ,it's been a very warm summer which has led to some high scoring games can't see it happening this weekend as the weather isn't looking to summery ,still to be in the last 4 after taking the scenic route is great, wishing all those from Tyrone and Monaghan a safe journey there and back. Hopefully Harte's Army will be smiling ✌

Yes safe traveling and just so people know the Emyvale to Monaghan road is closed this weekend...and if they don't close it as they said they are the lights will still be there ..

Excuse me for jumping the gun a bit here, but does either county think that they could be meeting Galway rather than Dublin in the final? Suspend the cliches of 'one game at a time' for a minute and think about this.

Dublin 1/7 to beat Galway. The bookies dont think so. You dont meet many poor bookies.

Monaghan 6/4 to beat Tyrone, slight underdogs but likely an accurate reflection.

In town today. Drove around and hardly a sight of a blue and white flag.. What's wrong? Why are they people not getting behind the team?

Probably cause there is no point. Might as well just let the inevitable happen quietly.

Can you please point me to the decent Monaghan posts. I would really like to see them.

All I have seen so far is winging, crying, name calling and unsubstantiated arrogance.

Maybe he means when the Tyrone Sideline kicked the ball onto the field each time Shaun Patton was taking a kick out near the end of the game when things were in the balance. Happened 6 times before the ref copped it on. Though judging by his performance (for both teams) last Sunday, doesn't surprise me that he was slow to spot the Carry on

If the Tyrone forwards take their opportunities with the same speed and thrust Wally, you could be on your way to the final.

This is, arguably, Monaghan's greatest ever team which is something that Tyrone have never come up against. We've played their best teams and got beaten plenty of times but this time it's different. Is this Tyrone's best team ever?? No, not even close.

Cannot wait for Sunday, immensely proud of both our minor and senior team's. The work ethnic of both team's are a credit. What a wonderful summer from Omagh, Waterford, Leitrim, Laois, Croke Park, Clones and Galway. To all the Farney Army, stand proud and tall, it's been a long time coming. Don't rise to some of the posts on here. Safe travels all. Honnnnn

Replying To seanie08:  "Huge game. In fairness if you offered us this all Ireland semi final at start of year we'd taken it and Tyrone would be of a similar mind. Tyrone huge favourites after that second half today so hopefully that will suit us."
Difference being, Tyrone would have started the year with a semi final in mind.. We've been like, "ok, lets get past the QFs this time"!!
