Congrats fermanagh. Not surprised.

Cavan supporters coming out of the woodwork to slag Monaghan. Ah tribalism! Huge congratulations to Fermanagh. Battled to the end and got their just rewards. Monaghan looked uncharacteristically sluggish. Still think they will have a say this year however.

Replying To Mike_Clitoris69:  "And to think that people were talking about Monaghan as the main challenger's to Dublin this year and potential all Ireland winners . I didn't see that result coming and backed Monaghan -3 but I'm happy enough to lose this one. Tyrone still the top ulster team and will show this as the year moves onto the business end of things. Monaghan bottle it again."
I like your logic, Tyrone still the best Ulster team despite getting beaten in the first round, I just hope we can get past Down now to meet Fermanagh in the Ulster final. Monaghan don't seem to handle the pressure of being favourites too well, I'd love to see Fermanagh make it to the super 8's whatever happens.

What must Mickey Harte be thinking?

An Antrim man chatting about football. In broad daylight, too.

Ignoring the quality of the game can we take a moment to praise Fermanagh for their efforts today and congratulate them on reaching their first Ulster final in ten years, awesome effort across the pitch.

Wouldn't happen in any other province. Fermanagh did what they had to do. So much for the experts. So much for Monaghan when they're not getting soft frees. And Harte could take lessons on how to defend. Great stuff Fermanagh. And up Coa!

Fermanagh full back looks a good player. Not too many good full backs around.

Yeah, come to Kildare and you'll see football alright. Fermanagh would beat Kildare any day of the week.

McManus and McCarron weren't fit for him anyway, powerful man.

Monaghan , mayo and Tyrone all now in the qualifiers. Don't think Tyrone can face monaghan again but open to correction. Mayo could have some tough match ups

You are dead right, you will see some sort of football. Not a free taking competition with awful football in between. Kildare scored more in losing than Fermanagh scored to win. Looking at this, Ulster ain't got much to crow about.

Gripping finish though Brian,
Meanwhile both Clare and Sligo trail by 12 points each at half time in Killarney and Tuam.
