Any chance of an upset in Carrick on Shannon on Saturday evening?

Think the best chance of a handicap is for the loss to be under 10 points.

Roscommon beat them by 17 points last year and 13 the year before while scoring 2-23 and 1-21 respectively. The points total on Roscommon could be the way to go.

Ros will have a far better sub bench Saturday than any time since 1980 if with 15 to go there 5 or so up they'll do some damage and will go by that handicap.

Leitrims win in New York should not be underestimated, fair play to them as most Gaa people were tipping New York. One never knows , id be hoping they would really put it up to Roscommon.

Travelling into bottleneck Carrick-on-Roscommon, stuck in a scorching car, looking for a spot to park and watching rubbish football after paying 20 euro in, listening to Rossies. Nice way to waste a Saturday evening.
Rossies by 20 or more if they ease up which they did last year, if not could be 30.
Avoid this one and mow the lawn, do some strimming and check the calves for scour all while being 20 euro richer than those who go.

I wouldn't be so sure, tipp and waterford was the same, we could have beaten them by any number really but didn't bother breaking a sweat and took all out best players off early, expect something similar for this

Depends on the mind-set and how best the Rossies has prepared for this game? Leitrim left themselves wide open in their last two games v Roscommon and if they play more defensive it might make it a more competitive game.

The lad on here talking up the Roscommon bench should have more sense especially since most of those subs lost to Mayo juniors recently.

Rossommon defense is terrible absolutely shocking ,I think ye will win all day long but ye will concede goal chances and if Leitrim are good enough to take any of them it might hurt the handicap ,while i think ye will beat a very poor team comfortably the handicap at -11 is only 10/11 with paddy power don't know if it's worth it to make good money at them odds

The new kings of the blanket have spoken
We tore it to shreds last year if you remember rightly as did Kerry and tipp the year before do better than have a good 1st year in division 1 league 'weve been there and done that' and we will listen to ye

Without being disrespectful I can't see Galway winning the All Ireland this year. (I actually think they will learn and win it next year)I think if Galway avoid Dublin they will certainly make the final but I feel Dublin are slightly stronger still.
Also Galway shouldn't take Kerry or Monaghan for granted although Galway should beat both based on raw talent alone.

Talking about a ridiculously over the top defensive post. He wasn't having a pop at Roscommon, just giving his view on how he feels the match could unfold and also stated that he expects a comfortable Roscommon win. You're reaction is bizarre.

He's a Mayo man just trying to stir it up.

Although over the top the orignial poster is a troll who pretends to be from Galway but personally judging from his posts hes a closet Mayo supporter
